Acts downstream of several Rho family GTPase signal transduction pathways . Involved in astral microtubule organization and mitotic spindle orientation during early stage of mitosis by mediating phosphorylation of TPPP . Displays serine/threonine-specific phosphorylation of myelin basic protein and histone (MBP) in vitro .
