Evidence has been propagated through is_a and part_of relationships to list all applicable ontology terms. While channel and integrated data are being updated on a weekly basis, the benchmark files are the original datasets from the COMPARTMENTS publication (using STRING v9.1 identifiers). Download files from earlier versions are archived on figshare.
